UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): 2–3 working days
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days

Dispatch Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days
• During busy periods (e.g. Mother’s Day, Christmas), this may extend slightly

Every order is:

• Carefully packed in a gift box
• Protected for safe delivery
• Designed to be ready to give straight away

No extra wrapping needed.

Returns & Refunds

Because most of our gifts are personalised, we’re unable to accept returns unless something isn’t right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We’ll put it right quickly — either a replacement or a refund.

X Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised items (unless faulty)
• Incorrect details entered at checkout
